Mr. Sangmin Lee is an associate at Shin & Kim’s Antitrust Group. His main areas of practice include consulting on fair trade laws, compliance, and regulatory agency investigations.

Mr. Lee has extensive work experience in all areas related to fair trade and provides legal advice based on his academic major in business management and understanding of business management that he gained through related external activities.

• Advised client on response to the incident of unfair collaborative acts by PHC file manufacturers and sellers
