Mr. Jiwoong Jeong is an associate at Shin & Kim whose practice focuses on counseling and litigation in the areas of real estate development, operations and transactions.

Mr. Jeong provides expert advice on the development and sale of various real estate assets, including commercial buildings, warehouses, data centers, hotels, and golf courses in urban areas, and drafts various loan agreements and ancillary agreements in connection therewith. He also draws on his extensive experience to provide customized advice on matters relating to logistics parks, industrial complexes and other real estate properties.

Mr. Jeong graduated from Korea University College of Arts and Business with a Bachelor of Philosophy and a Bachelor of Business Administration, and received his J.D. from Korea University School of Law. Since joining Shin & Kim, he has been providing specialized legal advice in the Real Estate & Alternative Investment Group.
