We cordially invite you to the 2nd session of the Gender & Power Talks series jointly organized by BNP Paribas, Korea-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KGCCI) and Shin & Kim. This series of events aims to promote dialogue on gender equality and foster an equal work environment.

Gender & Power Talks #1, successfully held in November 2019, was a panel discussion in which industry leaders and professionals from a variety of backgrounds shared their experiences and insight on the topic of gender equality, with a focus on female leadership.

For Gender & Power Talks #2, we are having in-depth conversations with two senior executives from the banking and healthcare industry. The conversations will cover their perspectives on an array of important and interesting topics including development of female talents, gender equality as an ESG goal, and male allyship. Our speakers will also share their personal experiences and inspirations in relation to these topics.
