We are looking for a foreign attorney with 1-3 years of PQE to join our Antitrust/Competition Practice Group. Our team advises on all aspects of competition law and represents clients before the Korea Fair Trade Commission. We work on some of the most complex and high-profile international cartel cases, antitrust matters, and merger filings.
The candidate must be a lawyer admitted in the US or a common law jurisdiction with excellent academic credentials. Antitrust litigation and/or counseling experience is a plus but not required. Strong oral and written communication skills are required. The candidate must be fluent in both Korean and English (written and spoken).
