Jae-Sig Lee

Mr. Jae-Sig Lee entered the Securities Supervisory Board(SSB, the predecessor of the Financial Supervisory Service(FSS)) in 1993 and has performed duties related to the examination and enforcement review on the financial institutions, including banks, non-banks, securities companies and insurers, examination of securities reports and corporate disclosures, and investigation on the closed, price manipulation or other unfair trading in the capital market etc. for 16 years.
Mr. Lee was employed as Grade Ⅴ prosecution investigation officer at Supreme Prosecutors’ Office(SPO) in 2009 and has played important roles in supporting prosecution investigations related to the major corporate or financial crimes (including window dressing and other accounting frauds) and analyzing the criminal clues as director of the Office of Criminal Intelligence Planning for 5 years.
On the basis of domestic unique experiences in working at the two positions (FSS & SPO), Mr. Lee has advised on issues relating practice areas at Shin & Kim.
