Mr. Sangwoo Na graduated from Hanyang University (2002) and acquired his M.A. degree in Information Technology Management from Hanyang University’s Graduate school of Information and Communications (2006). Mr. Na worked for the KISDI (Korea Information Society Development Institute) and Samsung Electronics for about 13 years. Mr. Na conducted various research in Telecommunication policies that are related to government policy and player’s strategy.
