Mr. Daeho Lee is a partner at Shin & Kim and manages Shin & Kim’s Indonesia Office. Mr. Lee focuses his practice on matters related to Indonesia, foreign investment, general corporate transactions, M&A, real estate investment, and construction.

Mr. Lee has been stationed in Shin & Kim’s Indonesia Office since its opening in 2019, providing his clients with excellent services regarding Korean companies’ investments in Indonesia and local legal issues in the country.

Mr. Lee graduated from the College of Social Science of Seoul National University and Sungkyunkwan University Law School and completed the Master of Laws course of Universitas Pelita Harapan in Indonesia in 2017. He has served as external advisor to the Investment Review Board of the Korea Overseas Infrastructure & Urban Development Corporation since 2018 and has managed Shin & Kim’s Indonesia Office since 2019.

Mr. Lee wrote and published the “Introduction to Indonesian Law” in 2018, and he also wrote the “New Labor Laws of Indonesia in 2021” and “Q & A on Personnel Management/Labor in Indonesia in 2023” at the request of the Korean Embassy in Indonesia and Korea Labor Foundation and the “Indonesia Investment Guide” published by KOTRA in 2021. Mr. Lee has wrote and presented in various seminars at home and abroad about various laws and issues of Indonesia. He is recognized as a leading expert on the Indonesian laws.
