Mr. Yeon Woo Jeong is a partner at Shin & Kim, and his main practice areas include project finance, equity and mezzanine investment, acquisition finance, securitization and structured finance, asset management, collective investment, and capital markets.
Mr. Jeong provides various legal advice related to financial affairs, and in particular, he has successfully advised on numerous cases related to corporate loans, equity and mezzanine investments, and overseas real estate investments by financial institutions. In addition, he provides legal advice and other general corporate advice for project finance developers and contractors.
Prior to joining Shin & Kim, Mr. Jeong was in charge of reviewing various IB deals at the legal department of Meritz Securities and also performed various tasks related to financial regulations and compliance.

- Advised on overseas real estate investments by domestic financial companies, including on loans and equity investments related to Milestone Asset Management’s Chicago Canal Station Renovation Project and loans and investment in Harborside 1, 2, and 3 in New Jersey.
