Our acquisition finance team is at the forefront of leveraged and acquisition financing in Korea. We guide our clients through the entire financing process by providing in-depth market knowledge and advice on the full range of leveraged and other financing structures available for our clients’ acquisition needs. Our acquisition finance team works closely with our M&A, tax and employment teams to devise optimal transaction structures and ensure that all aspects of the acquisition are handled with a coordinated approach. We also maintain strong relationships with Korean regulatory authorities to ensure smooth handling and resolution of all governmental authorizations, approvals and registration issues.
