Mr. Donghyun Park is an expert in finance and accounting with extensive understanding of the financial market and industry, expertise in financial regulation, and experience in various financial supervision, based on his work at PwC Korea, the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS), and Securities Crime Joint Investigation Team of Prosecutors' Office.

Mr. Park performed accounting audit and profitability assessment of real estate PF at PwC from 2006 to 2007. Also, he carried out various duties such as inspection and sanction against financial firms (banks, securities companies, asset management companies, etc.), review of financial investment licenses and approval of changes to major shareholders, authorization/approval of collective investment schemes, investigation of unfair securities trading in the capital market, and audit review of listed companies at the Financial Supervisory Service from 2008 to 2024.
