Yun Ho Choi

Mr. Yun Ho Choi is currently a partner at Shin & Kim and his practice focuses on asset management, overseas private equity, infrastructure, and other alternative investments, offshore fund investment and registration, PEFs, financial institution M&A, the Act on the Protection of Financial Consumer, financial disputes, and financial regulations.
Mr. Choi has accumulated extensive experience in the areas of offshore alternative investments by major Korean financial institutions and domestic investments by overseas investors. He has also worked on various general advisory matters in the field of financial regulation, such as advising clients on the Act on the Protection of Financial Consumer.
Mr. Choi graduated from Seoul National University College of Business Administration, earned his LL.M from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law, and completed the 40th judicial training course at the Judicial Research and Training Institute. Mr. Choi has participated as a speaker or panelist at numerous domestic and international seminars in the field of offshore alternative investments and private equity investments, and was recognized as one of the Rising Stars by the Legal Times in 2022.
