Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Hang is a foreign attorney at Shin & Kim (Hanoi Office). She gained her bachelor’s degree in Faculty of Law, Vietnam National University and pursued an LL.M. in International Economic Law, from the Transnational Law and Business University in South Korea in 2012. Currently, she is a member of Hanoi Bar Association.

Prior to joining Shin & Kim, she had been an Assistant Vice President cum Team Leader of Vietnam Legal Department of MUFG Bank. Ltd., Vietnam and Associate at Vietnam International Law Firm (VILAF), Hanoi Office.

She has in-depth knowledge of banking and finance practice and corporate/M&A, commercial, and investment law in Vietnam. She also has experience in labor management and litigation issues. She has worked extensively with the different foreign bank of Vietnam and large corporations in Vietnam with notable transactions in banking and finance sector.
