Mr. Seunghuan Lee is presently a senior certified labor consultant at Shin & Kim, LLC. His practice areas include human resources and labor, labor disputes, and collective labor-management relations.
He possesses not only a strong foundation in labor law theory but is also a seasoned expertise with deep insight and a detailed practical experience as a corporate member.
Mr. Lee graduated from Korea University Law School and earned a Master's degree in Labor Law from Korea University's Graduate School of Labor Studies. While working at a labor law firm, he gained substantial expertise by representing clients in various labor cases. Subsequently, as an in-house counsel in the HR department of a large corporation, he directly managed complex multiple-union labor relations, gaining extensive practical experience in collective labor relations (including collective bargaining, mediation, separation of bargaining units, violation of duty of fair representation, and unfair labor practice cases).
He has performed duties for over 10 years involving interviewing and investigating disciplinary actions including cases of workplace harassment and other misconduct in companies, as well as determining the appropriateness of disciplinary measures.
