His notable representations include Hansol Technics' acquisition of Wiltechnology, the sale of Iljin Materials, LX International's acquisition of Korea Glass Industries, Kakao's tender offer for SM Entertainment, and KakaoMobility's issuance of new shares to TPG, Carlyle, and Google.
