11月3日~4日両日間ソウルにて開催されたIBA (International Bar Association) Asia Pacific Regional Forum on Anti-Corruption Compliance and Enforcementに法務法人世宗が後援会社として参加しました。
今回の行事において同法務法人の柳明鉉外国弁護士が「M&A and anti-corruption due diligence including third party risks」セクションのModeratorとして、洪卓均弁護士が「Is it possible to draw a fine line between hospitality and bribery? – Gift and entertainment practices」セクションのパネルとして発表に参加しました。
