Mr. Seung-Woo Baik is an associate in Shin & Kim’s Corporate Dispute Group, and his main practice areas include corporate civil and criminal litigation, M&A and management rights disputes, insurance, etc.

Since joining Shin & Kim, Mr. Baik has successfully led dispute cases on behalf of domestic and foreign companies in various industries. In particular, he has extensive experience in disputes over control and insurance for major domestic companies.

Mr. Baik graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Korea University and graduated the Korea University School of Law summa cum laude.
