Ms. Hyun Mi Cho is currently a partner at Shin & Kim whose main practice areas include energy and resources, project finance (PF), and foreign infrastructure investments.

Ms. Cho is a leading expert in project finance (PF), social overhead capital (SOC) investments, energy and resources, and foreign infrastructure investments and has advised and represented many Korean and foreign companies, financial institutions, and public entities from different industries. Especially, Ms. Cho has considerable expertise in renewable energy projects, including Korean and international solar, offshore and onshore wind power, fuel cells, and wastes, which she excellently applies to various practice, including ESG issues.

Ms. Cho graduated from Sungkyunkwan University College of Law, earned a master's degree (MBA) from Yonsei University Graduate School of Business, and completed the 39th Class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute. Ms. Cho has worked as a secondee at Uria Menendez in Spain and has been a member of the Investment Review Committee of the Korea Teachers Credit' Union since 2023.
