Mr. Jaeyi Kim is currently an associate at Shin & Kim, where he focuses on advising, responding to investigations, and handling litigation under the Fair Trade Act. His work includes issues related to unfair collaborative acts (cartel), abuse of market dominance, and unfair trade practices. Mr. Kim’s expertise also extends to other antitrust related laws such as the Subcontracting Act, the Franchise Business Act, the Large Retail Business Act, and the Labeling and Advertising Act.

Mr. Kim graduated from Seoul National University with a B.A. in Economics and received his J.D. from Korea University School of Law.
