李埈寧

Mr. Joon-Young Lee is a certified public accountant at Shin & Kim. His practice focuses on tax audits, corporate governance restructuring, inheritance and gift tax, family business succession, and other private wealth management-related tax matters.

Prior to joining Shin & Kim, Mr. Lee worked in the Tax Group of Kim & Chang, as well as in the tax and audit practices of Samil PwC and Deloitte Anjin LLC. He has advised major domestic and foreign companies on various tax matters, including tax audits, tax appeals, corporate governance restructuring, and other tax advisory matters. In particular, he has extensive experience advising owners of large business groups on inheritance and gift tax filings, tax audit responses, family business succession, and management disputes.

• Represented SK Group, Pulmuone Group, SM Entertainment, Hyundai Card, and others in corporate tax filings.
• Handled tax audits and tax appeals for major companies, mid-sized companies, small and medium-sized companies, and individuals, including Company S, Company D, and Company P.
• Advised on restructuring matters, including the corporate governance restructuring of HD Hyundai (formerly Hyundai Heavy Industries), Company H, Company S, and others.
• Handled inheritance and gift tax filings and tax audit responses for owners of large business groups, including Company S and Company L.
• Advised on the establishment and taxation of public interest corporations, including Corporation K.
