After 34 years of dedicated service at the Bank of Korea, Office of Banking Supervision, and the Financial Supervisory Service, Mr. Hyunchul Park served as the Chairman of DS Networks Asset Management, the Chairman of the Board of Korea SMEs Venture Forum, and the Standing President and Chairman of the Board of DS Investment & Securities, leading the supervision of new technology venture financing companies and group M&A activities.
Engaged 40 years in financial supervisory services, he was in charge of the supervision and inspection of financial institutions under the Financial Supervisory Service and unfair trade practices investigation on, such as stock trading and disclosure of listed companies. After retirement, he served as a qualified executive manager at investment, asset management, and technology venture financing companies with extensive expertise in the financial industry and vast experience in both financial supervision (public) and financial market (private) services.
