[Criminal Litigation]

• Represented a cooperative and its representative in criminal proceedings for alleged violations of the Subsidy Management Act arising from the alleged fraudulent receipt of subsidies
• Represented clients during investigations and in criminal proceedings involving fraud, defamation, and various other offenses
• Conducted investigations and prosecutions involving general criminal offenses, sexual offenses, and violations of the Military Criminal Act as a military prosecutor
