- 베트남 석탄화력발전소 건설 프로젝트의 EPS 계약과 관련하여 베트남국제중재센터(VIAC)에서 진행된 중재 사건에서 외국 하청업체가 제기한 청구에 대하여 원청업자를 대리하여 자문 및 변론 수행
- 두 건의 대출계약 및 한 건의 신용계약에서 발생한 약 1,900만 달러 규모의 미상환 채권 추심 사건과 관련하여 국영은행을 대리하여 자문 및 베트남 법원 소송 수행
