Ms. Hyemin Jung is a partner at Shin & Kim, mainly practicing in the areas of real estate purchase and sale, real estate development projects, real estate-related financial transactions such as real estate acquisition financing, PF, and structured financing, foreign exchange transactions related to real estate investment, funds under the Capital Markets Act, other real estate investment corporations including REITs under the Real Estate Investment Company Act (foreign investment) and management work, general business, and M&A.
