Mr. Seung Hyun Dennis Cho is a senior foreign attorney at Shin & Kim and a member of the firm’s banking and finance group. His practice focuses on corporate finance transactions and projects.
Mr. Cho began his career as a credit analyst at KB Kookmin Bank and more recently, he served as an executive director at Sorin Corporation where he headed the risk and operation teams.
Mr. Cho received his B.A. from Korea University in 2005 and received his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2012. He is a member of the New York State Bar.
