After completion of courses at the Judicial Research & Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 2011, Mr. Noh served as an in-house attorney at KT Corporation and Korea Communications Agency to deal with corporate law-related disputes. Since 2017, he has worked at the Ministry of Science and ICT (formerly known as the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning) to have extensive experience in ICT-related policies, such as enactment and amendment of communication laws, response to international communication treaties, and handling of M&A deals in broadcasting and communication industry.
