Ms. Le Thi Thu Phuong is a foreign attorney at Shin & Kim Vietnam (Hanoi Office). Prior to joining Shin & Kim, she had been an associate at Bizlink Lawyers (Hanoi Office), a legal advisor at DFDL Legal and Tax (Hanoi Office) and the head of legal of Qair Vietnam LLC. Her main areas of practice are M&A, banking & finance, and corporate governance.
Ms. Phuong gained her Bachelor’s degree in Economic Law in Hanoi Law University, Vietnam and pursued an LL.M. in Commercial Law, from the University of the West of England in the United Kingdom in 2013. Currently, she is a member of Hanoi Bar Association.
