Min-Hyun Lee is currently a partner at Shin & Kim whose main practice areas include financial disputes, criminal defense, and virtual asset disputes.

After joining Shin & Kim, Mr. Lee has represented asset managers, securities firms, and financial leasing companies in major financial disputes, including criminal cases such as those involving violations of the Capital Markets Act by employees of financial companies. Recently, Mr. Lee has been focusing on virtual asset disputes, including cases involving the delisting of coins, the hot topic in the virtual asset markets, and other civil and criminal cases involving market-making activities.
