Ms. Hye-young Yun is a partner at Shin & Kim whose main practice areas include litigation and counseling on labor and employment matters.

Ms. Yun joined Shin & Kim's Labor and Employment Practice Group in 2016 after years of practice at the specialist labor firm I&S Law Firm. Ms. Yun has successfully represented and counseled clients on a wide range of labor issues, including employment (employee engagement, wages, working hours, disciplinary actions, personnel orders, performance management, illegal dispatch, discrimination, sexual harassment, and workplace harassment) and labor relations (trade unions, collective bargaining, union activities, unfair labor practices, and industrial disputes).

Ms. Yun graduated from Korea University College of Law (LL.B.), received her Master of Social Law (Labor Law) from Korea University Graduate School of Law, and completed the 40th Class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute.

Ms. Yun has authored and published articles on various legal issues in labor and employment and participates in academic societies such as the Society of Labor Law Theory and Profession and the Supreme Court Labor Law Practice Research Committee.
