Ms. Nguyen Phuong Dung gained her Bachelor’s degree in International Trade Law in Hanoi Law University, Vietnam and pursued an LL.M. in International Economic Law, from the University of the West of England in the United Kingdom in 2012. Currently, she is a member of Hanoi Bar Association.
Dung is a foreign attorney at Shin & Kim Vietnam (Hanoi Office). Prior to joining Shin & Kim, she had been an associate at Bizlink Lawyers (Hanoi Office) and legal advisor at DFDL Legal and Tax (Hanoi Office).
She has in-depth knowledge of real estate, mergers and acquisition, energy and infrastructure along with corporate, commercial, and investment law in Vietnam. She has advised on corporate and commercial matters and all aspects of investments in Vietnam for multi-national corporations as well as M&A transactions.
