Ji-Hwan Park is a partner at Shin & Kim, and his practice focuses on real estate transactions (including corporate equity transactions), real estate development, collective investment vehicles (funds), real estate investment companies (REITs), and overseas investments (including joint ventures and cross-border M&A in Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries).

Mr. Park has experience in various types of real estate transactions, including offices, logistics facilities, data centers, hotels, golf courses, shopping centers, parking towers and overseas properties, on behalf of Korean and foreign asset managers, investors and developers. He also has experience in all types of transactions, including development projects, spot transactions, forward sale and purchase, sale and lease back, call options, lease agreements, financing agreements, and shareholders' agreements. Since 2021, Mr. Park has been practicing overseas in Southeast Asia, including Vietnam, advising Korean companies on local investments and mergers and acquisitions in Vietnam.

Mr. Park graduated from Seoul National University College of Law, completed postgraduate studies at Seoul National University Graduate School of Law (Master of Laws in Commercial Law), and received an LL.M. and Business Law Certificate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. He completed the course of the Judicial Research and Training Institute (36th Class) and worked as a public-service judge advocate before joining Shin & Kim.
