On June 25, 2013, Mr. Tak-Kyun Hong and Mr. In-Suk Hwang gave a presentation entitled “Legal Issues on Management of Funds and Accounts in Foreign Countries” at the lunch forum hosted by the Korea Chief Financial Officers’ Association and held in the main conference room of Shin & Kim.
Mr. Tak-Kyun Hong’s presentation focused on the recent regulatory trends regarding foreign accounts, current overview of the management and operation of foreign accounts, and FIU reporting system for financial transactions. Mr. In-Suk Hwang lectured on tax issues critical to corporate management.
Mr. Hong’s main practice areas include corporate criminal cases such as white-collar crimes, anti-corruption investigations, technology leakage and fair trade laws. Mr. Hwang specializes in tax and customs duties, and securities and finance-related disputes.
