Since joining the firm, Mr. Park has handled a wide range of advisory and litigation matters, primarily in the fields of environmental and public law. In particular, he has extensive experience with environmental regulatory and dispute matters, including soil contamination, integrated permits under the Act on the Integrated Control of Pollutant-Discharging Facilities, greenhouse gas emissions allowance allocations, the container deposit-refund system, the establishment of waste treatment facilities and waste disposal charges, factory shutdown orders, and environmental impact assessments.

Additionally, he has broad experience with general administrative matters, including advisory and litigation matters with power generation companies. These matters include disputes related to the establishment of power plants and heat supply agreements, restrictions on bidding eligibility, business suspension orders, national and public property matters, and development activity permits. Drawing on this experience, he provides corporate clients with comprehensive legal advice on environmental regulatory compliance and the resolution of public law disputes.
