Heehoon Park is an associate at Shin & Kim whose practice focuses on energy, M&A, resources and environment, and general corporate law.

Mr. Park’s practice covers a wide range of areas, including renewable energy such as solar, wind and fuel cells, fossil and clean energy such as LNG, nuclear and petroleum, electricity, environment such as waste, pollution and chemicals, and general corporate law such as M&A. He has also advised Korean and foreign companies on licensing and regulatory matters in various industries.

Mr. Park graduated from Yonsei University School of Business and Seoul National University School of Law and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. (specializing in administrative law) at Seoul National University College of Law.
