Ms. Ji Eon Kim is an associate at Shin & Kim whose main practice areas include consulting on various corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and project finance, consulting on corporate law and energy and infrastructure such as renewable energy and power generation projects.

Ms. Kim has been advising on project finance in renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, fuel cell projects, energy issues involving LNG, nuclear power, oil, etc., environmental issues such as waste, environmental pollution, chemical substance issues, etc. and general corporate matters such as M&A, etc. She has been advising on licensing and regulatory defense and compliance issues for Korean and foreign companies.

Ms. Kim graduated from Seoul National University, Department of Geography, and Seoul National University School of Law. Now she is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in commercial law at Seoul National University School of Law.
