姜秉寬

James is a Senior Foreign Attorney at Shin & Kim whose practice spans a broad range of cross-border corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, carve-outs, investments and international capital markets transactions. He has extensive experience representing Korean and global private equity firms, Korean conglomerates and listed Korean companies on their cross-border deals.

James also has particular expertise in M&A insurance. He advises both transaction parties and insurers on W&I insurance and the other insurance products used in M&A transactions.
